Create a simple but stunning Christmas table garland that is so versatile it can be dressed up for formal dinners or dressed down for casual meals this holiday season!

Christmas is days away, and it’s time to prep those holiday tables! If you are looking for a simple but stunning centerpiece idea to decorate your Christmas table this year, try this easy faux pine garland idea.
Drop in to your local hobby or floral shop and buy two smaller teardrop swags like you would use on a door. Choose a mixed faux pine with pine cones (like these) already wired in if available. It will save some time!
Turn them end to end with the full part in the center of your table. Weave a pretty ribbon down each side. Add some faux magnolia blooms or other Christmas-y flower. Then nestle candlesticks down the center amongst the branches. Kick it up a notch with a pretty bowl or compote in the very center filled with flowers, ornaments, a topiary, or fruit.
Voila! Christmas centerpiece done! And…it will stay pretty all winter long!

The best part about this Christmas table garland is the versatility. You can use it for a fancy formal dinner parties or casual gatherings. Be sure to use a classic runner or tablecloth like this green and white floral one from Katherine Young Home that works for either style.
