Talk about a decorating staple — this little ginger jar is it! Used for centuries as an object d’art far surpassing its original utilitarian function to hold spices. This blue and white version features blossoming peonies in a landscape scene. Greek key border at top. Contemporary Chinese reproduction with Kangxi Apocryphal Mark.
