Pop the bubbly and celebrate 2018 in style with bright and charming New Year’s Eve Party Decor!

The 12 Days of Christmas are just getting started, and I thought I would share this bright and charming tablescape with you for a festive New Year’s Eve table idea. I believe in leaving up my Christmas decorations until Epiphany, so I love to re-purpose Christmas decor for New Year’s by adding a few glittery touches.

New Year’s Eve party decor is all about the glitz and glam, but you don’t have to transform your whole house in black, gold, and silver to achieve a festive New Year’s look. Add a few simple touches with confetti, stars, paper fans, and festive sayings to your existing Christmas decor for a charming New Year’s style.

I created this tablescape for Christmas Eve dinner, and I just love the bright pastels, gold accents, flocked branches, and layered textures. It is perfect for New Year’s Eve! To transition the room for the New Year, I made a few additions like hanging part of this festive banner from World Market on the mirror. I laid two more of the words “Tonight” and “Party” from the banner on either end of the table runner with a few scattered stars, and then gave each place setting a silly party blower.

S. and I plan on staying in this New Year’s Eve. After hosting Christmas weekend, we are looking forward to a quiet evening, but that doesn’t mean it won’t be a celebration with lots of delicious bubbly. It will be a glamorous party of two!
