A truly unique pair of antique Chinese export plates in the Famille Rose, featuring a pair of peacocks in the center surrounded by landscape scene with butterflies, rocks, peonies, and bamboo. 8 floral reserves create border on lip of plate. Enamel colors luminous and vibrant and in excellent condition. Circa 1840-1880.
