No. 1 All Sales are Final
No returns! Please feel free to ask questions or for additional pictures before making a purchase. You can reach me at penderandpeony@gmail.com.
No. 2 Curios are in Vintage & Antique Condition
Curios for the most part are vintage (made 30 – 50 years ago) or antique (made at least 100 years ago), which means they have wear and imperfections consistent with their age. Damage that affects the value or stability of a piece is pointed out in the description or in photos to the best of our ability.
No. 3 Verify Shipping Address
Pender & Peony will not be held responsible for shipment to addresses put in incorrectly or that are outdated. Verify your address before paying invoice.
No. 4 Shipping within U.S.A and Insured
Your item(s) will be shipped within approximately 5 business days and be insured at the paid for value. Insurance payouts do not include shipping costs.
No. 5 Arrival of Damaged Item
On the off chance your item arrives damaged please take a photograph of the damage with the packaging and notify me within 3 days of arrival for filing a claim. Do not dispose of the item or packaging. Claims over $75 must be filed by customer as shipping company often requires inspection of damage at local office.
Shopping the Instagram Flash Sales ~ Thursdays 8PM EST
- Curios post to my Instagram feed and each item includes photos, a description, measurements, and condition notes if necessary.
- Swipe through images for detail photographs of each curio.
- No pre-sales.
- To purchase something you love, simply comment sold on the post.
- The first person to comment sold is the buyer. After commenting, DM your email and zip code for the Paypal invoice.
- Buyer is determined based on Katherine’s activity feed. No arguments.
- You will be invoiced at the end of the sale on Thursday night, and you must make payment within 6Â hours of invoice being sent.
- If an item has been claimed, you can comment Backup to be next in line. I highly recommend doing so as sales do sometimes fall through. This also lets me know what you are interested in, and if I find the curio again you’ll get first dibs when possible.
